Terms of Services
These terms apply to purchases of products from NAFO SHOP, operated by Extrude Interactive AB, company registration number 556592-3546, Atlasgatan 8, 8026 86, Gävle Sweden, info@nafoshop.org.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NAFO SHOP, and “you” or “the customer” refers to the person placing an order.
These terms are primarily intended for sales to consumers, meaning individuals purchasing products for personal use. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the country where you live.
Products and manufacturing
We currently do not manufacture all products ourselves and we do not always handle stock or shipping directly. Products may be manufactured, printed, packed and shipped by production partners in the EU, the United States and other parts of the world.
When your product is produced, we normally prioritize production and fulfilment based on the region from which you place your order. This means that we try, whenever possible, to use manufacturers and fulfilment partners located in or near your region.
However, a product may not always be available from a manufacturer or warehouse in your region. To avoid long waiting times or cancelled orders, your product may therefore be manufactured or shipped from another region or country.
This means that customs duties, import VAT, sales tax, handling fees or other local taxes and charges may apply depending on the rules in your country and the region from which the product is shipped. Such costs are not always included in the price paid at checkout, unless this is expressly stated during the order process.
If you are charged unexpected customs or import fees, please contact us and we will try to help clarify what has happened. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to reimburse such fees.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store or at checkout. For customers within Sweden and the EU, prices are normally shown including VAT where VAT is applicable.
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, import VAT, sales tax or other fees may apply. These charges are normally collected by the destination country, the carrier or the payment provider and are paid by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order, unless shipping is already included in the product price.

Orders
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious errors, technical problems, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable products or other situations where we cannot reasonably fulfil the order. If payment has already been made, the relevant amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled.
Made-to-order and customized products
Many of our products are made only after you place your order. This may include clothing, printed products, accessories or other items where print, color, size, model or another product variant is selected when placing the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to your specifications or otherwise clearly customized based on your order, if the product cannot reasonably be resold in the normal way because of that customization.
If a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal because it is made to order or customized according to your choices, this should be stated on the product page, at checkout or otherwise clearly in connection with the order.
This does not affect your right to make a claim if the product is defective.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. In some cases, products are shipped by us. In other cases, they are shipped directly from a manufacturer, printer, warehouse partner or other fulfilment partner.
Because some products are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, stock availability, carrier and destination country.
We provide estimated delivery times where possible. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high demand, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
For orders to the United States and other countries outside the EU, we aim to have a reasonable basis for any delivery estimates we provide. If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will try to inform you and offer an appropriate solution, such as continued waiting, changed delivery or a refund for the part of the order that cannot be delivered.
We are responsible for the product until you have received it, in accordance with applicable consumer law, unless mandatory rules in your country provide otherwise.
Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU/EEA
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the withdrawal period. You can contact us via [returns form] or [email address].
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
You may inspect the product in the same way as you would be able to do in a physical store, but you are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or function.
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the amount you paid for the product as well as the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase. Additional costs for express shipping, special delivery or other more expensive delivery options will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated or unless the return is due to a defective product.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. It does not apply, for example, to products that are made according to your specifications or clearly customized based on your order.
Examples may include products that are printed, produced or customized according to your choices of model, size, color, design, text, print or other specific combination, if the product cannot reasonably be resold as a result.
This exception does not apply if the product is defective. You still have the right to make a claim for defective products under applicable law.
Voluntary solution for certain made-to-order products
Even if a made-to-order or customized product is not covered by the right of withdrawal, we may in some cases, by agreement, offer a voluntary solution. This may include a discount on a future order or another goodwill solution.
Such voluntary solutions are not a statutory right and apply only by separate agreement with us.
Returns
Before returning a product, please contact us via [returns form] or [email address]. Include your order number, contact details and the reason for the return.
We may provide you with a return number or other instructions that must be included with the return so that we can process the matter correctly.
You are responsible for packing the product properly and sending it in a way that ensures it reaches us without damage. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
If the return is due to a defective product, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law, provided that the claim is approved and that you can provide a receipt or other documentation of the cost.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is therefore returned to us or to our fulfilment partner, we may charge you for the actual costs incurred, such as return shipping, handling fees and reasonable administrative costs.
If the parcel is to be shipped again, a new shipping fee may apply.
This does not apply if the issue was caused by us, the carrier or if you are entitled to another solution under applicable law.
Defective products and complaints
If a product is defective, you have the right to make a claim under applicable consumer law.
For Swedish consumers, the statutory complaint period is three years for original defects. An original defect is a defect that existed at the time of delivery, even if it becomes apparent only later. We are not responsible for defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents or failure to follow care instructions.
If you discover a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. Under Swedish consumer law, complaints made within two months from the date on which you discovered the defect are always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
If a complaint is approved, we may, depending on the situation and applicable law, offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Please note that colors and shades may appear differently depending on screen settings, mobile devices, lighting conditions and production methods. Minor color variations that do not mean that the product materially differs from the product information are normally not considered defects.

Product information and care
We try to describe our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, placement, material feel or print may occur depending on the production method, screen display and material.
You are responsible for following any care instructions, washing instructions and user instructions. Damage caused by incorrect use or failure to follow care instructions is normally not covered by statutory complaint rights.
Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, how long it is stored and what rights you have.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute with a Swedish consumer, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN.
Consumers within the EU may also have the right to contact consumer advice services or a relevant dispute resolution body in their country.
If you live outside Sweden, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country may apply regardless of what is stated in these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version that was available at the time you placed your order.
